The motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, and the horizontal shaft is directly transmitted to the gear. The gear drives the eccentric bushing to rotate around the main shaft, and the eccentric bushing drives the moving cone to swing and rotate. The copper bushings inlaid between the main shaft and the eccentric bushing, and between the eccentric bushing and the moving cone act as bearings. Adjust the size of the discharge opening by rotating the fixed cone. The 6 hydraulic cylinders outside the main engine pull the fixed cone to protect the overload and clear the cavity. The whole set of crusher is composed of host machine, lubrication system and electric control system.
