Project Overview

This is a 350-ton-per-hour granite crushing plant in Peru. It's a stationary setup with a three-stage crushing process, built specifically to turn hard granite into high-quality construction aggregates. Crushing Process Flow – From Raw Material to Finished Product

Primary Crushing Stage

Rock goes in at up to 800mm. A vibrating feeder moves it along. It feeds into a PE750×1060 jaw crusher. That crusher breaks it down first. It turns big chunks into smaller pieces. This is a tough machine. It's built for heavy work. It runs hard and keeps going. Even under constant load, it holds up well.

Secondary Crushing and Shaping Stage

After that, a belt conveyor takes the material forward. It goes to an XHP300 cone crusher. This one handles hard rock like granite. It uses a laminated crushing method. That gives you better particle shapes. The pieces come out more uniform. The hydraulic system lets you adjust the gap. You can fine-tune the output size. This step is key. It makes sure the final product meets modern specs. Concrete plants need that quality.

Screening and Classification Stage

Next, the material moves to the screens. There are two of them. A 2YK2160 and a 3YK2160. They're circular vibrating screens. They sort the rock into three sizes. 0-5mm, 5-9mm, and 9-12mm. Oversized pieces don't get through. They go back to the cone crusher. That's the closed-loop design. It keeps quality steady. It also makes sure nothing goes to waste.
