Stage 1: Reliable Primary Crushing via PE600*900 Jaw CrusherRaw iron ore run-of-mine (ROM) with sizes up to 500mm is dumped into the ZSW3895 Vibrating Feeder. The feeder isolates the mud and fine particles first, directing only the oversized ore into the PE600*900 Jaw Crusher. Built with a deep crushing cavity and heavy-duty eccentric shaft, the PE600*900 crusher delivers powerful compression to easily break down tough iron ore into manageable intermediate fractions.Stage 2: Secondary Fine Crushing via XHP300 Hydraulic Cone CrusherThe coarsely crushed iron ore is conveyed to the XHP300 Hydraulic Cone Crusher for the critical secondary crushing stage. Because iron ore causes severe wear, standard impact crushers are highly uneconomical. The XHP300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher uses the inter-particle lamination crushing principle, where the ore crushes against itself rather than just against the steel liners.
