Stage 1: Primary Crushing via ZXC European Jaw CrusherRaw limestone blocks (up to 500mm) are fed continuously and evenly by the ZSW3895 Vibrating Feeder into the ZXC Series European Type Jaw Crusher. The ZXC series stands out with its optimized crushing cavity, heavy-duty rotor design, and unique wedge adjustment system. It handles large-capacity primary crushing effortlessly, delivering a significantly higher reduction ratio than traditional jaw crushers.Stage 2: Secondary Crushing via XHP300 Hydraulic Cone CrusherThe coarsely crushed limestone is transferred via high-capacity belt conveyors to the XHP300 Hydraulic Cone Crusher. The XHP300 represents the pinnacle of modern hydraulic crushing technology. Utilizing a unique inter-particle crushing action (lamination crushing), it not only reduces the material size efficiently but also significantly improves the cubical shape of the output while minimizing the production of unwanted elongated flakes.Stage 3: High-Precision Screening via 3YK1860 Vibrating ScreenThe output from the XHP300 cone crusher is conveyed to the 3YK1860 Circular Vibrating Screen. This heavy-duty 3-deck screen accurately separates the material into four fractions:
  • 0-5mm, 5-9mm, 9-12mm: These final products meet strict international construction standards and are transferred directly to their respective stockpiles.

  • Oversized materials (>12mm): Automatically returned via the return belt conveyor to the XHP300 cone crusher for secondary crushing, creating a zero-waste, closed-loop system.
